Hello,

I would like to know what extensions the C++ X3J16/WG21 is considering at
the moment.

Especially, I would like to know if the talk about the exponentiation
operator (I believe someone suggested @) has been rejected/is
considered/was not yet put forward.

Operator@ was NOT in the list of changes that was mentioned in the June 1992
Journal of Object Oriented Programming (JOOP).

Since there was quite some discussion about operator@ a few months ago on
comp.lang.c++, and (as far as I remember) even a fairly worked out proposal
was posted to the net, I am curious as to what happened with the proposal.
