I've been trying to get into c++, but there are so many books flooding
out on the market on the subject, I don't have a clue what to get.  I have
quite a lot of experience in C, and would like a book that's good as a reference
as well as a tutorial.  Could someone please recomend a good book, or maybe
post some book reviews?
