I've got a C++ compiler.
Now I need a good tutorial book.
Any suggestions?

There is a surprisingly good tutorial on C++ for people who already
know C, in the manuals that come with the Borland C++ compiler.
I can't remember which of the manuals it's in. It's concise
- an increasingly rare virtue.

You might look at _teach yourself... C++_ by Al Stevens
and, of course, _C++ Primer_ by Stanley Lippman.
