I think the review of the Template Tidbits paper
http://open-std.org/JTC1/SC22/WG21/docs/papers/2012/n3405.html
resulted in an indication that something similar to what you're
proposing will be worked
on, eventually. Perhaps you should contact Mike Spertus and Daveed
Vandevoorde if
you want to help with that effort.
