Not really. The thing most C++ users care about is the C++ that they can
use now, not the C++ that they might be able to use in 3-4 years once
standardization and compiler implementations come out. So the primary focus
of the site is on matters of current C++, not future C++. It's still there;
it's just not given primacy.
