I see that already for a long time issue #3457 "Algorithm std::iota and its
modifications*"* is absent  in C++ Standard Library Issues List. In my
opinion it is a ready to use proposal that should be adopted. I would like
to know the reason why this issue is absent in C++ Standard Library Issues
List.  It was proposed more than a tear ago.
