=E2=80=8BMy understanding of this proposition is that it looks like the `pr=
ivate:`
in modules proposition.
That is, everything under the un-scoped `private:`statement would not be
visible from the module user.
There is no boundaries module in a header or a set of header, the only
current boundary is the compilation unit.
However, if the proposition for module is accepted, then the same effect
can be done by simply using private normally
plus adding details in the private space of the current module.
