Should I register somewhere for attending the meeting at Urbana? I didn' register for Rapperswil and that generated some issues.

Hi Daniel

I use very simple procedure: A month before attending the meeting, I
inform to Herb (the Convener), and Steve Clamage. Also, I inform the
sponsor of the meeting, for example last time, I wrote to Prof. Peter
Sommerlad about my participation at Rapperswil.
In short, I believe, there is no formal registration process.
