Sorry again about the spam.
I cannot find the procedure to get the document numbers (the page
mentions to write to lwgchair, but I'm not sure).
Please let me know who I should address this request to.

As you mentioned above the right address is that of lwgchair as referenced =
here:

(Yes, most of the time it's me who will respond from there, but please
don't send emails for proposals to my own email address).
