Hi all,

I was wondering what the status of N3542
<http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2013/n3542.html> *Unbounded-Precision
Integer Types* was?  and whether or not there were any proposals to add a std::seminumeric::decimal
that type builds upon std::seminumeric::integer
