Has anybody ever proposed adding the ability to put C++ language keywords into namespaces before?

Curious,

It was an explicit proposal, separate from coroutines: P0056
<http://wg21.link/P0056>.

According to this trip report
<https://botondballo.wordpress.com/2015/11/09/trip-report-c-standards-meeting-in-kona-october-2015/>,
it was discarded because many on the committee apparently feel "the
difficulty of adding keywords to C++ is a feature".
